RE: RAY MCINNES TESTIMONIAL
Bowls ACT, in conjunction with the Canberra North Bowls Club/RUC, is having a function to recognize the outstanding contribution made to our sport by Canberra North member Ray McInnes.
Quite possibly known to every member of Bowls ACT, Ray has served for many years on the Bowls ACT Board, been the resident expert on all matters Greens related, conducted bowls coaching for juniors, after school groups, at multi-disability events, NAIDOC week, just to mention a few…
He has of course, had many individual and team successes on the bowling green.
So, members past and present are invited to join us for light refreshments** (and a brief formal presentation) at Canberra North/RUC on Sunday 15 September from 11:30am, to be followed by a game of social bowls for those inclined.
