The Women's Weekend Pennant will be played again in 2013. It was a new event for 2012. It was introduced as a result of strong feedback for the need for a weekend Pennant Style competition. It does not replace the Women's Midweek Pennant, which will still be played later in the year. The Weekend Pennant is open to all registered women bowlers.
Congratulations to Canberra and Weston Creek who will play in the Grand Final of the Grade 1 Weekend Women's Pennant and to Canberra City and Weston Creek who will play in the Grade 2 Grand Final on Sunday 5 May at QRSLM. Both Matches to start at 12.30pm with trial ends from 12.15.

Congratulations to Belconnen who defeated Weston Creek in Grade 1 of the 2012 Women's Weekend Pennant. Grade 2 was won convincingly by Weston Creek who defeated Canberra City.
