Bendigo Bowls Club, Victoria

April 26th - May 2nd, 2013

The Australian Sides and Super 6 Championship for 2013 will be played over a week from the 26th April - 2nd May. The Super 6 component comprises the first 3 days.

The Australian Sides Championship is played annually with the Alley Shield being awarded to the winning men’s side and the Marj Marris Trophy awarded to the winning women’s side. The sides are made up of three teams of four players for both men and women. It is played in a Round Robin style with all states and territories playing against each other. At the end of the seven games the number of wins for each side is calculated and the winner decided by who has the most wins.

The Super 6 event is played across two pools, with each team or singles representative playing three matches to start off followed by finals which include a play off from first to eighth.
