One of the game’s most contentious issues is selection. This afternoon course to be held on 3rd August will provide you with all the tools required to review your own club’s current selection criteria and policy.
This course is open to anyone interested in ensuring that his or her club has a quality selection policy and process.
What is the selection policy of other clubs? What skills should a selector have? How should the selections be made? How would you handle an appeal?
While there may not be a “one fits all” solution to the above questions, the material presented during the course should enable you to re-evaluate your own club’s selection process.
Target Audience
This workshop is open to coaches, players, committee members, selectors and other interested persons.
Payment
Registration fee is $30.00 includes a copy of the module handbook (RRP $15). Payment can be made through

The Entry Form becomes a Tax Invoice for GST purposes once payment is received in full by Bowls ACT.

Location: Bowls ACT Office, Unit 1, Chifley Health & Wellbeing Hub, 71 Maclaurin Crescent, Chifley, ACT.
Time: 12.45 pm for a 1.00 pm start, workshop concludes at about 5.30 pm.
RSVP: Members interested in the workshops should contact Bowls ACT by 27th July 2017.
Registration: Registration must be completed by 31st July 2017. Places on the workshop will be limited.
