Board Vacancies

Bowls ACT would like to advise that Gary Green has resigned from his position on the Board, effective immediately. Gary has been with the Bowls ACT Board since April 2021 and served the community well as part of his position. We would like to thank Gary for his contributions to Bowls ACT and wish him all the best moving forward.

With Gary’s resignation Bowls ACT now has two positions vacant on its Board. The deadline for Expressions of Interest will now be extended to July 25^th to give members the opportunity to consider a position on the Board.

Both vacancies have a term running through to the 2023 AGM, meaning that the positions represent the perfect opportunity for members to explore the opportunity of being part of the Bowls ACT Board in a short term capacity.

If you are interested in working with the community to help move Bowls into the future then please respond with and EOI outlining your previous experience to exec@bowlsact.org.au. EOI’s should refer to your previous experience both in Bowls and at Board level (where possible), and must be received via email to the Executive Officer with the below details:
