Call for Invitational Singles Volunteers
Bowls ACT seeking volunteer markers and commentators for the event
With the 2023 Greenline Invitational Singles just a few weeks away, Bowls ACT are putting a call-out to members wishing to support the event and watch some of the regions best players up close with roles available to mark games as well as be involved with the live-streaming as a commentator.
Event Markers
- Experienced markers preferred
- Formal markers qualifications desirable
- Training available
- Willingness to mark on a live streaming game
- Day 1 – Eight markers required
- Day 2 – Two markers AM & one marker PM
- Club uniform to be worn
Commentators
- Experience desirable
- Training provided
- Sound understanding of the game & shot selection
- Positive attitude a must
- Day 1 – Three commentators required
- Day 2 – Two commentators required
