2024 Representative Squad Nominations – Now Open
Thanks to Representative Partner Westcoast Bowls
Following a strong 2023 campaign, Bowls ACT are excited to open nominations for players wishing to be considered for selection as part of the 2024 ACT representative program, building upon the success and improvements shown in the past two years. Squad members will be selected based upon the Bowls ACT High-Performance & Representative Policy and are open to any eligible Bowls ACT member.
Members should note that there is a levy of $350 per player being charged by Bowls Australia which needs to be budgeted on top of any representative contribution.
The current program has expectations on representative training, events and player standards and currently has scheduled the following games:
- Nationals – October 2024
- Open Sides – Men & Women (16-21 October)
- Senior Sides – Men & Women (11-16 October)
- Multi-Disability
- Juniors (9-12 October)
- North v South
- ACT v Australian Defense Force Test Series
- Bowls NSW Junior 7-a-Side
- ACT v NSW under 25s (tentative)
- ACT v Zone 7 (tentative)
