Finalists: Belconnen Bowling Club, Queanbeyan Bowls Club & Yass Bowling Club

Winner: Congratulations to the finalist clubs Belconnen and Yass on a great year, however it was Queanbeyan Bowls Club who take home the award in 2023. The club have shown incredible depth and consistency across all grades and competitions with plenty of titles including the Grade 3 & 6 Weekend Pennant Flags, the ACT Womens Triples, Mens CoC Triples and Singles and Womens CoC Fours as well as consistently high finishes in all State Championships. The club has had a year to remember and worthy of celebration! As winner of Club of the Year Queanbeyan will be offered hosting of the prestigious Greenline Invitational singles in 2024.

For Belconnen and Yass both clubs can be commended on amazing seasons, at Belconnen the club continues to grow, membership is surging and the club winning Grade 1 for a second straight year along with Matt Sargeant having another amazing season in ACT events sees several titles and many plaudits going out to Beetaloo Street. Yass have turned their recent fortunes around, reaching an amazing four weekend pennant grand finals from four grades entered, winning Grade 2, and are seeing some more positive signs with the clubs youth development starting to pay dividends as a part of the new Yass culture.

Well done to all clubs and members on a fine year and best wishes for 2024!
