Bowls ACT 2024 Weekend Pennant Draws – Now Online
Bowls ACT are thrilled to see the competition continue to grow with seven grades again contested in 2024!
The 2024 Bowls ACT Weekend Pennant competition has grown in 2024 with 45 teams to compete across seven pennant grades. Grades 2 & 7 will be played with eight teams who will play in two pools, the teams from each pool will play against their own pool teams home & away and will play against the opposing pool sides only once in a ten round competition.
All other Grades will consist of six sides playing a ten round home and away competition, with the exception of Grade 6 which has five teams and a bye.
Bowls ACT congratulate all clubs and members for their support of the Weekend Pennant competition which commences Sunday February 11 with all games scheduled for a 10am start. Clubs can alter the days and times by mutual agreement between clubs and Bowls ACT. Any club which has the capability and is wishing to host a games under lights is encouraged to do so to broaden the sports appeal.
All clubs are reminded that per the COP all players and officials participating in Bowls ACT events are required to wear approved Club attire affixed with the BA logo. The conditions of play are available for all clubs online here.
