Selection Module

Bowls ACT is again offering the Bowls Australia accredited course designed specifically for club selectors.

This interactive style workshop covers the things selectors need to think about to ensure their processes are fair and transparent – the secret to happy players!

Topics include selection philosophies, dealing with conflict of interest (aka how to objectively select oneself!), difference methods of selections, data collection (to back up selections), providing feedback etc.

This course will be facilitated by our BA Regional Bowls Manager, Nick Hind, (with assistance from ACT presenters as required).

Closing date for expressions of interest is 10 Feb, but the earlier you can respond the better!  Fee is $30pp which includes the manual.
