Bowls ACT will conduct a two-day workshop for accredited coaches and officials that aims to equip them with the skills that they will need to deliver quality and effective coaching or officiating programs.
The topics covered in this workshop include:
Roles and responsibilities of a P&A;
How to conduct a practical session;
Learning methods that work;
Preparing to deliver, review and evaluate training;
How to plan and organise an assessment; and
Assessing the competency of a coach or official.
