2015 Bowls ACT Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of Bowls ACT Inc.
To be held at QUEANBEYAN BOWLING CLUB at 6.30pm on Tuesday 22 September 2015
There are certain critical dates to take note of beforehand:
26 August 2015 Advice of any Notices of Motion to be received at BACT;
26 August 2015 Nominations for Board and Committee Positions Close
31 August 2015 Notices of Motion (if any) distributed to Clubs.
31 August 2015 Agenda, including advice of nominations, to be distributed to Clubs.
Nomination Forms for Bowls ACT Executive Directors (4) and Directors (4) plus nominations for Committee positions are attached (as links below)
To assist members in determining whether to nominate for a position on the Board or one of the Committees, attached is a copy of the latest Bowls ACT By-Laws (23 September 2011). Minutes from the 2014 AGM are also attached.
