Bowls ACT Grant Support
Bowls ACT are able to assist clubs with a number of grants available for ACT and NSW based clubs
Bowls ACT clubs are able to access a number of funding opportunities which can be used to grow the sport, provide facility improvements or upgrade equipment. Clubs, committees or members wishing for support are encouraged to reach out to Bowls ACT who can provide guidance and support for the below opportunities.
Bowls Australia & CLUBMAP are also providing a series of sport specific webinars, with the next scheduled for December 12th at 7pm or 9:30pm

Club Enhancement Program (ACT – Opening December 4th)
This program provides assistance to ACT sport and active recreation clubs, district associations and State Sporting Organisations to further develop the services and programs they provide within the Canberra community.
Funding can be used to purchase non-consumable equipment, increase the skills of coaches, officials, volunteers and management committees, or support improvements to club capability, capacity and accessibility.
Funding available: $500 – $20,000
Community Sport Facilities Program (ACT – Opening December 4th)
This program provides assistance to not-for-profit sport, recreation and community organisations to develop fit for purpose, sustainable and accessible places and spaces for sport and active recreation. Funding can be used for the development of new, or the upgrade of current facilities which maintain or increase physical activity, through rational development of sustainable, good quality, well-designed and well-utilised facilities.
Funding available: $5,000 – $2,000,000
ClubGrants Category 3 – Sport & Infrastructure (NSW – Closing December 18)
The objective of the ClubGrants Category 3 Infrastructure Grants program is to fund the costs of construction, alteration, renovation, completion and fit-out of buildings and community infrastructure to deliver outcomes for disadvantaged NSW communities.
Funding available: $50,00 – $250,000
